What is the working procedure of the silicone rubber injection machine?


4.1 Start-up preparation and inspection

4.1.1 Check that the machine is clean, lubricated, and cooled in good condition, and there are no obstacles in the moving parts. 4.1.2 Check that the electric heating system, hydraulic system, and electrical system are operating normally. Whether each operation is normal in manual or automatic mode.

4.1.3 Check that the safety switch, safety electric eye, emergency stop switch, etc. are normal and effective.

4.1.4 Check that the inside and outside of the mold cavity are clean and the mold is firmly fixed.

4.2 Equipment parameter adjustment and setting 4.2.1 According to the production process requirements, enter the human-machine interface to set the processing parameters, and make appropriate adjustments during the trial production process.

4.2.2___ Enter the interface function selection menu and select the optimized new function required for the automated production of the injection machine.

4.2.3 Choose to manually adjust the mold, pay attention to the concentricity of the injection nozzle and the center hole of the mold, and tighten the mold.

4.2.4___After the new mold is made, ___enter the main menu of the mold opening and closing interface: first close the mold slowly to reset the total mold opening stroke and the stroke of each segment of the mold opening and closing, the clamping pressure, speed, vulcanization time and other parameters. The clamping pressure of the main cylinder should be set according to the size of the mold area.

4.2.5___Injection system menu: first set the injection volume of the mold, and then set the range of each segment, the pressure and speed of injection and feeding. Note: The pressure and injection speed of injection and feeding should be adjusted according to the hardness and toughness of the rubber.

4.2.6___Push and demold system menu: first set the pressure, speed and other parameters of the mold's advance and retreat, demolding and top mold. Note: After the pressure and speed parameters are adjusted, in order to avoid damage to the mold and equipment, remember that it is strictly forbidden to change the speed and pressure parameters during the production process.

4.2.7___Timing system menu: Set the timing parameters of the vulcanization function timer and the special function timer. Reasonable setting of timer parameters can effectively improve and optimize the production capacity of the equipment. 4.2.8___Temperature control system menu: First close the mold and turn on all heating switches, set the template and media oil temperature. After the heating system temperature control is fully stable, the machine must be cleaned to remove the expired or vulcanized residual material in the barrel, and the material must be stored in the set position before the trial mold production can be carried out.

4.3 Production process and precautions

4.3.1 During the production process, check the motor, pump, pipeline, and electromagnetic switch for abnormal sounds or bad vibrations.

4.3.2 During production, pay attention to check whether there is any overflow between the injection head and the injection nozzle, and pay attention to adjust the pressure of the injection seat cylinder and pressure switch.

4.3.3 Pay attention to observe whether all template electric heating temperature control, media oil temperature control and cooling water circulation are normal. 4.3.4 When the red light of the equipment flashes, or when the equipment is abnormal, an alarm prompt or reason is displayed. ___ Check the alarm display reason in the alarm display column of the main menu in the interface and troubleshoot in time. At the same time, report to the superior supervisor or ask relevant technical personnel to solve it.

4.3.5 When production is not possible due to sudden power outages, water outages, etc., please turn off the power. After the power supply is restored, turn on the power and heating system according to the instructions of the superior, increase the medium oil temperature after opening the mold, and inject at high pressure to remove the rubber in the barrel.

4.3.6 In case of any sudden emergency, quickly press the emergency stop button and contact the on-site management personnel to avoid personal injury, mold and equipment damage.

5. Work before and after shutdown

5.1.1 The machine can only be shut down according to the shutdown instruction issued by the management personnel.

5.1.2___ Before shutting down, the rubber in the storage barrel and the feed pipe must be removed, and the electric heating switch must be turned off. Press the medium oil cooling switch, and the oil temperature is automatically cooled down. Only then can the machine be shut down (turn off the power).

5.1.3 After shutting down, clean the equipment and organize the parts for storage.

6. Others 6.1.1 Operators are strictly prohibited from changing process parameters and are responsible for preventing anyone other than the technical staff of the workshop from adjusting the process or production equipment without the permission of the workshop manager.
